Agoda is hiring a People Intern for its Learning & Development team in Bangkok as part of the Summer Internship 2027 program, running from 24 May to 30 July 2027 (10 weeks). The intern will collaborate with the L&D team and other People department members, assist with logistics and coordination for development programs, support learning consultants, and participate in projects and engagement initiatives. Candidates must be currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below, maintain student status throughout the internship, be proficient in Microsoft 365, and possess strong English communication, structured logical thinking, and numerical skills. The role does not include visa sponsorship and requires current work authorization in Thailand.
Collaborate with all members of the Learning and Development team, as well as other teams within the People department
Assist in managing logistics and coordination for a variety of development programs
Participate in a range of learning activities, providing support to learning consultants as needed
Gain hands-on experience in learning and development through involvement in impactful projects, creative processes, and engagement initiatives
Develop organizational, communication, and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment
Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period
Available to participate in the internship program from 24th of May to 30 July (10-week program)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills; strong numerical acumen; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment; positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
GenAI proficiency
