Agoda is hiring a People Intern for its Sustainability Team in Bangkok for a 10-week summer internship running from 24 May to 30 July 2027. The intern will support Agoda's climate program by helping measure organizational greenhouse gas emissions, researching sustainability solutions for travel-sector partners, and assisting with project planning, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking. Additional duties include preparing program updates and communication materials for internal and partner audiences.
Candidates must be currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and maintain student status throughout the internship. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft 365, web development (HTML, CSS, React, or Angular), and Microsoft Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF. Strong English communication, structured logical thinking, numerical acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment are also required. The role does not include visa sponsorship and is open only to candidates with current work authorization in Thailand.
