This temporary position at KKP (Kiatnakin Phatra Bank) is based in Bangkok within the Contact Center / Telesales / Collection function. The role involves outbound telephone sales of auto hire-purchase loan products to customers from bank-provided lists, providing information on credit limits, interest rates, conditions and application documents, following up with interested customers to close sales, and recording contact details and status updates in the system.
Candidates should hold at least a high school (M.6) / vocational / diploma or bachelor's degree in any field, with prior sales experience. They need good communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, ability to work under pressure, basic computer literacy, responsibility, diligence and a positive attitude. Knowledge of auto loans is a plus.
Make outbound calls to present auto hire-purchase loan products to customers from bank-provided lists
Provide information on credit limits, interest rates, related conditions and application documents
Follow up with interested customers and close sales to meet targets
Record contact information and update customer status in the system
Achieve monthly KPI and sales targets
M.6 / vocational / diploma or bachelor's degree in any field
Prior sales experience
Good communication and negotiation skills, passion for sales, ability to work under pressure
Basic computer skills
Responsible, diligent, with a positive attitude
Knowledge of auto loans
