About the position
This role sits within Shopee's Operations function in Bangkok, supporting the SPX (Shopee Express) recovery area. The PMO drives the team's AI and automation roadmap, moving use cases from idea through pilot to live deployment, and scales existing AI solutions while tracking quality and adoption. The position partners with Product and Tech to translate operational pain points into requirements, user stories, and test cases, and builds dashboards to quantify initiative impact such as time saved, manpower freed, cost reduced, and recovery improved.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, product operations, data analytics, or process automation, ideally in logistics or e-commerce. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as LLM prompting, strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and SQL or a BI tool, and the ability to manage stakeholders across Ops, Product, and Tech are required.
Responsibilities
Drive the team's AI and automation roadmap, taking use cases from idea to pilot to live with clear milestones and owners
Review current processes to identify where AI and automation can improve speed, accuracy, and productivity
Scale and continuously improve existing AI solutions, tracking quality and adoption
Turn operational pain points into clear requirements, user stories, and test cases for Product and Tech
Build dashboards and analyses to track progress, accuracy, and business impact of each initiative
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in project or program management, product operations, data analytics, or process automation, ideally in logistics or e-commerce
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. LLM prompting, AI-assisted workflows) to solve real operational problems
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL or a BI tool
Strong communication and stakeholder management across Ops, Product, and Tech
Nice to have
Basic Python or scripting skills, or experience with low-code/no-code automation tools
Familiarity with APIs, OCR/computer vision, or how ML models are evaluated
Experience with system rollouts or UAT for internal workflow or case management tools
Exposure in logistics field
