Kyndryl is hiring an Automation Platform Engineer in Bangkok to operate, manage, and optimize scalable, resilient, and secure Technology Automation Platforms. Responsibilities include building and supporting hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and cloud, designing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions with CI/CD pipelines, automating provisioning, configuration, monitoring, patching, and security controls, and supporting release management and production deployments. The role also covers incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementing monitoring, observability, and logging solutions.
Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in Linux/Windows administration, middleware, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, container platforms, or infrastructure automation, plus hands-on experience with listed technologies such as AWS, Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Loki, OpenTelemetry, HashiCorp Vault, and Apache Tomcat. Fluent Thai and English communication skills are required, with BFSI and Kubernetes/OpenShift experience preferred.
Operate, manage, and optimize scalable, resilient, and secure Technology Automation Platforms
Build, maintain, and support hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
Design, develop, and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, patching, upgrades, and security controls
Perform incident investigation, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for infrastructure and platform-related issues
Minimum 2 years of experience in Linux/Windows administration, middleware, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, container platforms, or infrastructure automation
Experience supporting enterprise-scale or mission-critical production environments
Strong understanding of automation, CI/CD practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies
Hands-on experience with several of: MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch, Loki, OpenTelemetry, HashiCorp Vault, Apache Tomcat, ArgoCD, Ansible, AWS, Terraform, API Integration
Fluent communication skills in Thai and English
Experience in BFSI or other highly regulated enterprise environments; experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, or container orchestration; knowledge of security, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures; relevant cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure certifications
