About the position

Kyndryl is hiring a Technical Project Manager in Bangkok to lead enterprise automation and infrastructure transformation initiatives across complex IT environments. The role coordinates across infrastructure, middleware, cloud, database, network, security, and application teams, translating business objectives into executable project plans and overseeing automation implementation from initiation through production deployment and post-implementation review.

The position requires at least 7 years in IT infrastructure, cloud, middleware, enterprise systems, or technology operations, plus 3 years leading technical infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, automation, or enterprise application projects. Hands-on knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform is highly desirable, along with fluency in Thai and English and experience managing cross-functional teams in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and infrastructure automation projects

Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables

Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into project implementation plans and delivery roadmaps

Coordinate project activities across infrastructure, cloud, middleware, database, network, security, and application teams

Oversee automation implementation, testing, deployment, production rollout, and post-deployment stabilization activities

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, middleware administration, enterprise systems administration, or technology operations

Minimum 3 years leading technical infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, automation, or enterprise application projects

Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, operating systems, cloud technologies, enterprise middleware, and technology operations

Strong project management, leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills

Hands-on knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Ansible Playbooks, and automation infrastructure is highly desirable; excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English

Nice to have

Experience in BFSI or other highly regulated enterprise environments; experience leading automation, cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, or DevOps initiatives; knowledge of ITIL, change management, governance, and operational control frameworks; experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, ITIL, or equivalent certifications; Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
