Kyndryl is hiring an Infrastructure Automation Engineer for its Thailand team to drive operational excellence through enterprise automation and platform modernization. The role focuses on designing automation playbooks, developing solutions on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and automating infrastructure, OS, middleware, and cloud processes while partnering with engineering and operations teams.
The position requires 5+ years of infrastructure, automation, DevOps, or platform engineering experience, hands-on work with Ansible Automation Platform and Playbooks, knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments, scripting in Python, Shell, or PowerShell, and familiarity with Git and version control. Preferred qualifications include Azure or AWS experience, ITIL knowledge, and CI/CD exposure.
Design and maintain automation playbooks and reusable frameworks
Develop automation solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
Automate infrastructure, operating system, middleware and cloud processes
Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify automation opportunities
Perform testing, deployment and production implementation activities
5+ years of infrastructure, automation, DevOps or platform engineering experience
Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible Playbooks
Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell or PowerShell
Experience with Git and version control practices
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience within large enterprise environments
