CRM Marketing Intern

Minor Hotels, a global hospitality group operating over 600 hotels and resorts across six continents, is hiring a CRM Marketing Intern based at The Parq Building in Bangkok. The intern supports the CRM Marketing team across email marketing activities, including campaign development, execution, and optimization, as well as day-to-day administrative tasks.

The role involves assisting with email content creation, list segmentation, A/B testing, performance analytics and reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as copywriters, designers, and data analysts. Candidates should be current or recent graduates in Marketing or a related field, with strong English communication skills, basic email marketing knowledge, and familiarity with email platforms or HTML considered a plus.

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of email marketing campaigns.

Contribute to the creation of engaging and targeted email content and collaborate with design and content teams.

Participate in segmentation and maintenance of email lists, ensuring data protection compliance.

Engage in A/B testing, analyze campaign performance data, and generate regular performance reports.

Manage day-to-day email campaign operations including scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the email marketing calendar.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program or recent graduate in Marketing or related field.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Basic understanding of email marketing principles.

Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms or basic understanding of HTML is a plus.

Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated team player able to work under pressure.
