• Welcome customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the retail space
• Demonstrate products to customers and explain their benefits and usage
• Provide personalized skin care advice and recommendations based on customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals

• Experience in a customer service role or retail environment
• Strong selling skills with the ability to drive commercial outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to use empathy to manage interpersonal relationships
• Open mindset and deep curiosity to understand diverse perspectives
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of the skin care industry is advantageous
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories is advantageous

• Passion for beauty and personal care products
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of Aesop or similar premium beauty brands
