This role is part of Agoda's Early Careers team, focusing on attracting and hiring interns and graduates. The Campus Recruiter supports hiring activities from application through onboarding. Responsibilities include managing applications, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews and assessments, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. The role also involves supporting campus events, candidate engagement, and CRM activities while monitoring recruitment progress and pipeline health.

This role focuses on leading external project bidding activities and ensuring the team can prepare high-quality project proposals. You will be responsible for project planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and defining project scope to align deliverables with business and client requirements. The position involves close collaboration with Business, Product, Technology, and Architecture stakeholders to develop comprehensive and feasible project solutions. You will manage the full lifecycle of project bidding and proposal development, from requirement gathering through submission. This includes analyzing client needs, developing project plans with milestones and resource requirements, and applying strong project governance and SDLC practices. You will also handle risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project acquisition and delivery planning in a fast-paced digital environment.
