Job Summary : Manage procurement processes of packaging materials to ensure required delivery while compliant to procurement policy. Priorties : Packaging strategy, material risk management, productivity/ cost mitigation, innovation, sustainability and cash flow improvement. It also includes procurement process and execution excellence, supplier relationship/ stakeholders/ and contract management. ## Job Responsibilities: * Develop packaging category expertise & knowledge and build market analysis of commodities at global/regional perspective. Drive, develop and share market intelligence/cost driver. * Deliver packaging strategy and define action plan/ project pipeline (next 3-4 years) for implementation * Ensure effective relationships with suppliers and ensure fundamentals in place (Legal, P2P process, GCS and quality/governance compliance), including manage suppliers risk to ensure business continuity and avoid potential crisis * Capture innovation through collaboration, create productivity/ sustainability initiatives in Packaging (commodities and Value engineer) and support innovation coming from outside to inside * Collaborate with global/ regional/ cross functions on NPD (Packaging part) and productivity projects * Support leader to do packaging AOP (budget) and manage packaging category spends & performance and suppliers on a day-to-day basis * Launch RFP; manage bidding process in coordination with key stakeholders within BU and, if required, global/ regional procurement * Select & Validate Suppliers/Optimize suppliers' portfolio according to strategy and negotiate contracts and supply agreements (when relevant) * Packaging Leader: * Leads packaging P2P team * Owns the P2P process * Ensures timely negotiated and update of packaging needs * Develop network with other business units, connect with external other industries * Support supplier performance evaluation * Well manage productivity and sustainability report including SAP update * Support the procurement organization in terms of digital transformation ## Skills and Experiance : * Degree Level in Business, Economics, Engineering, Packaging Technology or related field. * At least 5 years of related working experience with 2-3 years in supervisory Procurement roles * Outstanding Functional knowledge in different aspects of Procurement such as sourcing, category management processes * Possess good interaction with cross functional teams and supplier partnership mindset * Business acumen and have strong analytical skills * High responsibility and dedication and focus on quality and timely delivery * Agility and ability to perform multitask.
