Business Development (Recyclable Material Sourcing) - SCG

This role focuses on developing new sourcing models and business opportunities to secure recyclable materials, particularly recovered paper. The position involves building partnerships with corporate clients by delivering recycling solutions that create business value and ESG impact through Circular Economy initiatives. The role requires identifying target clients, presenting recycling solutions, and maintaining partnerships across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels. The candidate will also plan marketing initiatives and develop ESG collaboration campaigns.

Develop new sourcing models and approaches to identify, access, and secure recovered paper and other recyclable materials.

Identify, approach, and engage target corporate clients in line with the company's recyclable material sourcing strategy.

Present recycling and material collection solutions that demonstrate clear business benefits and ESG value to prospective partners.

Build and maintain partnerships across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels to achieve recyclable material sourcing targets.

Plan and execute marketing and communication initiatives in collaboration with relevant internal teams to promote recycling services.

Bachelor's degree in any field; Marketing, Business Administration, Branding, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or related fields would be an advantage (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30).

0 - 3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, recyclable material sourcing, branding, or communication.

Knowledge or interest in B2B/B2B2C/B2C client acquisition and engagement, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop client-centric solutions.

Knowledge of marketing communication, branding, ESG, Circular Economy, recycling, or recyclable material sourcing would be an advantage.

Strong business development, presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
