This role involves supporting the CBRE Hotels & Hospitality investment sales and advisory team in executing brokerage mandates. The position requires conducting moderate-level hotel financial analysis and researching business development materials. You will work on a broad spectrum of hotel and serviced apartment assets across Thailand, performing field visits and reconciling financial statements. The role also includes preparing investment analysis using various methodologies like Discounted Cash Flow and Direct Capitalization. Additionally, you will assist in producing persuasive proposal documents and marketing materials while facilitating due diligence processes during asset sales. You will be responsible for organizing the distribution of due diligence materials to potential buyers and presenting preliminary information about hotel opportunities. The role requires maintaining regular reporting documents and tracking client intelligence through internal databases. You will also engage in operator selection processes, particularly with RFPs and HMA terms. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, Thailand, requiring strong analytical skills and professional communication abilities.
