About the position
ERM is seeking experienced professionals with a background in ecology and biodiversity impact assessment to join its Capital Project Delivery team in Bangkok. The role involves analyzing environmental and social data with a focus on global biodiversity datasets, supporting international environmental impact assessments and management plans, conducting site visits, supervising subcontractors, and providing research and data analysis support to environmental and social managers. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a relevant science field and has 3-6 years of experience in biodiversity, conservation, or natural resource management, with strong English and Thai communication skills.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret environmental and social data with a focus on global biodiversity datasets
Perform site visits and inspections and supervise subcontractors as required
Prepare international environmental impact assessment and management plans
Provide biodiversity research and data analysis support to environmental and social managers
Undertake domestic or international travel as needed
Requirements
Master's level degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Biology, Environmental Engineering, Geography or related program
3-6 years of experience in biodiversity, conservation, or natural resource management
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Excellent Thai communication and writing skills
