Strategic Planning (SPX Express) - Operations - Shopee

This role involves managing SPX's daily supply chain planning by forecasting demand using big data models and managing supply and capacity across teams. The position requires developing insights and strategies for the SPX Operations Team to solve problems related to supply chain planning, optimization, human resources, and cost. Additionally, the role entails managing cross-functional teams to ensure the stable growth of the SPX supply chain.

Responsible for SPX's daily supply chain planning by forecasting demand with big data models and managing supply and capacity cross-team.

Develop insights, strategy, and initiatives for the SPX Operations Team to solve problems from supply chain planning and optimization, human resources, cost optimization, and more.

Manage cross-functional teams project to ensure the stable growth of SPX supply chain.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study.

Strong technical & data skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables) and experience with SQL/Python for querying and analysis.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and structural thinking skills.

Experience working with AI and automation tools/techniques to enhance unstructured data models and improve operational efficiency.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to align with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels on forecast analysis and strategy.

Satisfactory English communication skills.

Strong "can-do" mindset, self-driven attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Interests and passions about logistics business. Logistic business background is a plus.

Detailed oriented. Experience working with unstructured data is not necessary but is a plus.

Fresh Graduates are welcome.
