This contract role sits within Shopee's SPX Express operations team in Bangkok, focused on workforce management. The position involves designing and maintaining shift rosters, break schedules, and overtime plans using WFM software, while ensuring coverage meets operational demands and complies with labor laws and shrinkage targets. The role also covers attendance auditing, shift swaps, leave tracking, and reporting discrepancies for payroll accuracy.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and be open to new graduates or those with 1+ year of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets are required. Experience with Google Sheets or data visualization tools is a plus.
Design, build, and maintain optimized employee shift rosters, break schedules, and overtime plans using WFM software
Ensure schedule coverage meets operational demands while complying with labor laws, company policies, and shrinkage targets
Manage and audit employee attendance records, shift swaps, leave requests, time-offs, and overtime logs within the WFM platform
Track and report attendance discrepancies, tardiness, and unauthorized leave to ensure accurate payroll input and schedule adherence
Bachelor's degree or above in any field; Business, Economics, or related disciplines are a plus
Open to new graduates or candidates with 1+ year of experience in data analysis, operations, workforce planning, or related areas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Google Sheets or data visualization tools are a plus
Logical and structured thinking with strong attention to detail and ability to work with large or complex datasets
Experience with Google Sheets, data visualization, or other analytical tools
Relevant fields such as Business, Economics, or related disciplines
Interest in using data and technology to improve operational efficiency
