The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Paradise Park Branch of Kiatnakin Phatra Bank in Bangkok. The role oversees branch deposit business targets, mutual funds, life and general insurance, and develops marketing strategies aligned with current conditions and bank goals. The position supervises team members to ensure compliance with regulations and develops their capabilities to meet service standards.
Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, advising customers on suitable products, managing and coaching the team, planning operations to meet goals, preparing daily and monthly sales reports, and conducting regular team meetings to drive performance and review results.
Responsible for bank product sales targets and managing existing customers while seeking new customers to create business opportunities
Advise, recommend, and sell the organization's products to match customer needs and benefits
Supervise and develop the team, providing coaching so the team can work efficiently and serve customers according to bank standards
Plan and oversee team operations to meet defined targets
Prepare daily and monthly sales performance summaries for the Branch Manager
Hold daily and weekly team meetings to stimulate sales and monthly meetings to summarize overall performance
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Political Science, Finance, Banking, or a related field
At least 5 years of banking operations or other financial institution experience and/or at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Knowledge of financial institution services and branch management
Skills in management, planning, sales and service, problem solving, risk management, negotiation, coordination, and leadership
Investment Adviser License (IC), life insurance, non-life insurance, and Unit Link licenses
