สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ บัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ การเงิน การธนาคารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ด้านปฏิบัติการธนาคาร และหรือจากสถาบันการเงินอื่น อย่างน้อย 5 ปี และ/หรือผ่านงานระดับหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับบริการของธุรกิจสถาบันการเงิน และการบริหารงานสาขา
มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ การวางแผน การขายและการบริการ การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า การบริหารความเสี่ยง การเจรจาต่อรอง การประสานงาน และมีภาวะผู้นำสูง
มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC) ประกันชีวิต ประกันวินาศภัย นายหน้าประกันชีวิตควบการลงทุน (Unit Link)
