About the position
Sertis, an ASEAN Data and AI engineering and solutions company based in Bangkok, is hiring a Human Resources Partner Intern. The intern will assist the HR team with operational processes, People Operations projects, and company activities.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, have strong interest in HR, and possess good communication skills in English and Thai. The role requires a people-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and create HR visualizations and engagement materials.
Responsibilities
Assist with HR operational processes such as attendance management and employee relations
Participate in People Operations projects, including onboarding and employee engagement programs
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR activities
Provide documentation support to the HR team and handle paperwork
Support the organization of company activities, including company trips, new year parties, and meetings
Requirements
Currently studying for a Bachelor's in any area
A strong interest in Human Resources with well-versed communication skills
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Thai
The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
A people-oriented and results-driven mindset with attention to detail
Nice to have
HR Visualizations & Design: Create infographics and engagement materials
