SPBT : Route Supervisor (B6U)

Suntory Beverage & Food is hiring a Route Supervisor (B6U) based in Bangkok. The role oversees market activities and leads routine sales planning across the portfolio, sets SMART objectives for CR and merchandizer team members, and manages coverage including route optimization, outlet expansion, and in-store execution. The supervisor works with ASM and ADC to develop route profitability, monitors delivery and POS execution, manages distributor teams, and conducts coaching activities such as team meetings, 1-on-1s, and field work.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 1-5 years of experience leading teams in FMCG or beverages. Candidates need strong coaching and training skills, objection handling and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Oversee market activities and lead routine sales planning for the entire portfolio

Set SMART objectives for each CR team member and merchandizer team member

Manage coverage including new outlet expansion, route optimization, merchandising and in-store execution

Work with ASM and ADC to develop route profitability and sales growth opportunities

Ensure team discipline on POS execution standards and monitor delivery and pricing/promotions adherence

Bachelor's Degree required

1-5 years of experience leading teams in FMCG or Beverage industry

Good coaching and training skills

Handling objection and negotiation skills

Good computer literacy, especially MS Excel
