The role is based in Agoda’s Bangkok office within the People Development and Performance team. It addresses complex organizational challenges and supports scalable capability development from individual employees through organizational levels. The consultant partners with senior managers and subject matter experts on program design, implementation, organizational change, talent strategy, and performance outcomes.
The position uses data to assess programs, identify workforce patterns, and produce actionable recommendations for senior leadership. It also involves organizational and role design, process and tools improvement, learning modalities, employee engagement, leadership coaching, change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
