InterSystems is hiring a Project Manager for its Bangkok office to lead healthcare IT implementation projects. The role involves managing project teams, defining scope and deliverables, producing implementation, quality, communications and resource plans, managing budgets, risks and changes, and leading handover and lessons-learned activities through go-live and closure.
Candidates need project management experience delivering multi-stranded integrated healthcare solutions across the full lifecycle, plus 3+ years with HIS or LIMS systems, team leadership, and stakeholder communication. A university degree (or 10+ years managing large complex healthcare IT projects), a Prince2/PMP/PMI qualification, Microsoft Project skills, and clinical or end-user experience with TrakCare or similar HIS applications are required.
Manage project team members and drive accountability
Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders
Produce and manage the Project Implementation Plan, Quality Plan, Communications Plan and resource plan
Manage project budget, risks, issues and scope changes; report progress to stakeholders
Lead handover-to-support and lessons-learned activities and produce the Project Closure Report
Project management experience delivering multi-stranded integrated healthcare solutions in a customer-facing role
Experience across the full project lifecycle through initiation, execution, go-live and closure
3+ years experience with an HIS or LIMS system, or direct healthcare knowledge
Experience managing resources, time tracking, budgets and forecasting, and leading diverse teams
University degree or 10+ years managing large complex projects; Prince2, PMP or PMI qualification; Microsoft Project
Clinical experience as a user of TrakCare or other HIS applications; senior-level management training; experience with integrated implementations
