Manatal, a Bangkok-based B2B SaaS HRTech company backed by Surge and Sequoia Capital, is hiring a Finance Operations Manager reporting to the Head of Finance. The role oversees sales operations (contracts, quotations, invoices, collections), payment management (accounts payable, bank reconciliations, reimbursements, withholding tax), and general finance support (journal entries, full-set account closing, audits, reporting).
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, at least 5 years of finance operations experience (preferably in tech or SaaS), strong knowledge of Thai accounting and tax regulations, proficiency with payment platforms and accounting software, advanced Excel skills, fluency in English, a valid CPD License, and Thai nationality. BOI knowledge is a plus.
Review and verify contracts; prepare NDAs, COR, quotations, and invoices; monitor collections and incoming payments
Record accounts payable, schedule payments, and conduct bank reconciliations
Validate employee reimbursement claims and issue withholding tax certificates
Prepare journal entries and close a full set of accounts
Maintain organized filing of financial and corporate documents and support audits
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in tech or SaaS
Strong knowledge of Thai accounting practices and tax regulations
Proficiency with payment platforms (e.g., Stripe) and accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Peak); advanced Excel
Valid CPD License; fluent in English; Thai national
Knowledge of BOI (Board of Investment) incentives and regulations
