About the position

Amity Solutions is hiring an FP&A Director to lead group-wide financial planning and analysis across the holding company and all operating companies. The role owns the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan, builds and maintains an integrated driver-based Group financial model, and delivers management reporting, KPIs, and scenario analysis to the CFO, CEO, and Board. It also extends into strategic procurement and spend optimisation, using spend analytics and commercial partnering to improve supplier value, investment discipline, and cash outcomes, while local teams handle routine purchasing.

The position partners with C-level executives and entity heads on performance, capital allocation, M&A evaluation, and cost allocation, and supports Board, investor, and lender reporting. Candidates need 8–12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory with 3–5 years in leadership, HoldCo/OpsCo consolidation experience, strong financial modelling skills, and bilingual English and Thai communication.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the annual budget, quarterly reforecast, and 3–5 year plan for the total Group, covering the holding company and every OpsCo

Design, build, and maintain an integrated, driver-based Group financial model (three-statement, multi-entity) supporting simulation and scenario analysis

Deliver monthly and quarterly Group management reporting packs with variance analysis, KPIs, and dashboards for the CFO, CEO, and Board

Design and maintain Group cost allocation methodology and intercompany recharges in coordination with Accounting, Tax, and Legal

Build valuation and transaction models (DCF, comparables, accretion/dilution) and support M&A due diligence, synergy tracking, and IPO readiness

Use Group spend analytics to identify value opportunities and lead strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations for major contracts and renewals

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA is an advantage

Minimum 8–12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, financial modelling, or investment banking / transaction advisory, including 3–5 years in a leadership role

Proven experience in a multiple-entity HoldCo/OpsCo group structure, including Group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and shared-cost allocation

Experience with ERP and planning/BI tools such as MSFT Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or Tableau

Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills to partner with and challenge C-level executives and entity heads

Excellent bilingual communication, written executive reporting, and presentation skills in English and Thai

Nice to have

MBA; business acumen in technology, digital, or AI businesses; experience in spend analysis, commercial negotiation, vendor business cases, or cost transformation
