About the position
Sertis, an ASEAN Data and AI engineering and solutions company based in Bangkok, is hiring an Enterprise Architect on a fixed-term contract. The role defines and leads the enterprise architecture vision, target-state architecture, and multi-year technology roadmaps for large-scale retail and enterprise platforms, partnering with executives and business leaders.
The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 8+ years of technology experience including 3-5 years in enterprise or senior solution architecture, and proven experience defining enterprise-wide architecture strategy. Candidates must have hands-on experience with TOGAF, business capability modeling, application portfolio management, and broad knowledge of cloud platforms, integration, data, and security architecture.
Responsibilities
Define the enterprise architecture vision, target-state architecture, and multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy
Partner with executives and business leaders to shape technology direction and investment decisions
Develop business capability maps to identify gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
Establish enterprise architecture standards and reference architectures, and lead the architecture review board
Oversee the application and technology portfolio, driving rationalization, modernization, and reduction of technical debt
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in technology, including at least 3-5 years in enterprise architecture or senior solution architecture roles
Proven experience defining enterprise-wide architecture strategy and roadmaps for large organizations
Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, and practices such as business capability modeling and application portfolio management
Broad understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration architecture, data architecture, and security
Nice to have
Experience in large-scale enterprise, retail, or digital platform environments
Experience with EA tools and modeling languages such as LeanIX, Sparx EA, or ArchiMate
Background in leading large-scale digital transformation or cloud migration programs
Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
