Sertis, a Bangkok-based Data and AI engineering and solutions company and member firm of Andersen Consulting, is hiring an Enterprise Architect on a fixed-term contract. The role defines and leads architecture direction for large-scale retail and enterprise platforms, translating business strategy into target-state architecture and technology roadmaps.
Duties include defining enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmaps, developing business capability maps, establishing architecture standards and reference architectures, leading the architecture review board, overseeing application and technology portfolio rationalization, defining policies for technology adoption, integration, security and compliance, guiding solution architects, and evaluating emerging technologies such as cloud-native, event-driven, and API-led architectures. Applicants need 8+ years in technology with 3-5 years in enterprise or senior solution architecture, TOGAF familiarity, cloud platform knowledge, and executive communication skills. Thai citizens only.
Define the enterprise architecture vision, target-state architecture, and multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy
Partner with executives and business leaders to shape technology direction and investment decisions
Develop business capability maps to identify gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
Establish enterprise architecture standards and reference architectures, and lead the architecture review board
Oversee the application and technology portfolio, driving rationalization, modernization, and reduction of technical debt
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in technology, including at least 3-5 years in enterprise architecture or senior solution architecture roles
Proven experience defining enterprise-wide architecture strategy and roadmaps for large organizations
Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, and practices such as business capability modeling and application portfolio management
Broad understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration architecture, data architecture, and security
Experience in large-scale enterprise, retail, or digital platform environments; EA tools and modeling languages such as LeanIX, Sparx EA, or ArchiMate; background leading large-scale digital transformation or cloud migration programs; certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
