Capco, a Wipro company, is hiring a DevOps Engineer to support a bank's application delivery and operational automation within a regulated Virtual Bank environment. The role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools, supporting releases and rollbacks, implementing monitoring and alerting, and participating in incident response and root cause analysis, while collaborating with Cloud, Application, and Security teams.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, version control, Terraform or Ansible, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is required, along with basic cloud security knowledge and proficiency in Thai and English at intermediate level or above.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, test, and deployment
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools
Support application release, deployment, and rollback processes across environments
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve system observability
Ensure DevOps practices comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, version control, and build automation
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, scripting)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP is a plus); proficient in Thai and English at intermediate level or above
Experience working in 24x7 operational or production support environments; cloud security and access control knowledge
