UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is hiring a Personal Banker based in the Bangkok City Area. The role involves managing a portfolio of individual customers, conducting financial needs assessments, and cross-selling deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and digital banking services while processing transactions and resolving inquiries. The position also requires participation in sales campaigns, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field and have proven customer-facing experience in banking or financial services. Fluency in Thai with good English, strong sales aptitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
Develop and manage a portfolio of individual customers, proactively identifying and addressing their financial needs
Introduce and cross-sell banking products and services including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and digital banking solutions
Conduct financial needs analysis and provide personalized financial advice to customers
Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in a customer-facing role within banking or financial services, preferably as a Personal Banker or Relationship Manager
Strong understanding of banking products including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance
Fluency in Thai and good command of English
Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
