United Overseas Bank (UOB) is hiring a Credit Advisor based in the Eastern region of Thailand (Chonburi - Rayong) to promote and sell personal loan products. The role involves acquiring new customers, conducting financial needs assessments, explaining loan terms, guiding applications, and maintaining customer relationships while meeting individual and team sales targets.
Candidates should be Thai nationals with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, and prior sales experience in financial services or banking, preferably with personal loans. Strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel frequently within the Chonburi - Rayong area.
Proactively identify and acquire new customers for personal loan products within the assigned territory.
Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for potential clients to recommend appropriate loan solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and accurately to customers.
Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted correctly and efficiently.
Achieve individual and team sales targets for personal loan products while preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
Thai nationality.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or banking industry, with a focus on personal loans or credit products.
Strong understanding of personal lending products and credit assessment principles.
Willingness to travel frequently within the Chonburi - Rayong area.
A valid driver's license and own transportation are advantageous.
