UOB Capital Services (part of United Overseas Bank) is hiring a Credit Advisor, also described as a Personal Loan Sales Officer, based in Bangkok with responsibilities covering Bangkok, its vicinities, and other provinces in Thailand. The role focuses on identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting loan options, assisting with applications, maintaining customer relationships, and submitting sales reports and forecasts.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, along with proven sales experience, preferably in banking, finance, or personal loans. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a goal-oriented mindset, Microsoft Office skills, willingness to travel, and Thai fluency are required.
Proactively identify and approach potential customers for personal loan products
Present and explain various loan options, terms, and conditions to clients clearly and concisely
Assist customers with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or personal loans
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Thai is essential, both written and spoken
Ability to travel within Bangkok, its vicinities, and other provinces as required
