About the position
Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand (SPBT) is hiring a Distributor Development Executive based in Bangkok. The role works with the ASM, Distributor, and RTM team to drive distributor and MEM vendor operation standards, improve delivery efficiency, support new distributor set-up, and maintain distributor back-end master data in DMS.
The position requires a strong commercial and analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, data-driven decision making, and good communication and negotiation skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are required, with Power BI and Power Query preferred. Field sales execution experience in FMCG is preferred.
Responsibilities
Work with ASM, Distributor, and RTM team
Drive Distributor and MEM Vendor operation standards via annual health check processes
Drive distributor operation efficiency, delivery process compliance, and service level
Provide or refresh distributor back-end training and support new distributor set-up
Own distributor back-end master data and maintain secondary master data in DMS
Requirements
Strong commercial and analytical mindset
Problem-solving and agility with data-driven decision making
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of Business and Finance
Advanced Excel and good PowerPoint usage; Power BI and Power Query preferred
English language proficiency; field sales execution experience in FMCG preferred
Nice to have
