Manager role within Deloitte's Customer service line, focused on Japanese Client Services across Southeast Asia. The position leads mixed local and JCS consulting teams on marketing, commerce, and product engagements for Japanese clients, covering customer and marketing technology, digital customer, and marketing & customer experience areas. Work spans end-to-end support from upstream strategy through system integration and change management, including CRM, CX, and brand strategy across multiple SEA markets.
The role requires consulting experience in strategy or marketing, a track record of contributing to proposals, and Southeast Asia-related consulting exposure. Candidates need native-level Japanese with business-level English, or the reverse. The posting is based in Bangkok and serves the SEA region.
Lead mixed teams of local and JCS members as project manager
Support project and client development using personal expertise
Contribute to securing projects through proposal activities
Deliver end-to-end consulting from strategy formulation to SI and change management
Advise Japanese clients on marketing, CX, CRM, and brand strategies across multiple SEA markets
Experience working in a consulting firm on the topics listed in the Work you'll do section
Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
Native level Japanese and business level English, or native level English and business level Japanese
Consulting experience in the strategy or marketing field at a consulting firm
Southeast Asia related consulting experience
Salesforce/CRM background
