About the position
Product Operations Analyst role based in Bangkok within Agoda's Content team. The position focuses on project management and operations, including owning content projects end-to-end, sourcing and improving content quality and quantity, generating product innovation ideas, collaborating across teams, preparing reports and presentations on team KPIs, and conducting data analysis to drive meaningful actions.
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of Product Operations experience, hands-on skills in SQL, Python, AI, MCP and LLM, plus Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires fluency in English, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must already have work authorization in Thailand; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Responsibilities
Project management: own content projects from start to finish
Product Operations: source, maintain, and improve the quantity and quality of content
Innovation: generate ideas to drive product innovations
Collaboration: reach out to colleagues across teams to move projects forward
Communication: prepare and handle reports and presentations related to team projects and KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
1-2 years of working experience in Product Operations is preferred
Hands on experience with SQL, Python, AI, MCP & LLM required
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint required
Fluent in English both speaking and writing
