Retail Manager (Retail Leasing)

CBRE is hiring a Retail Manager for its Retail Leasing team in Bangkok, Thailand, within the Advisory Segment on a full-time basis. The role focuses on sourcing and marketing retail properties such as shops, department stores, community malls and superstores, estimating values, and representing sellers in negotiations with prospective buyers. The position also involves advising clients and facilitating mutually beneficial purchase agreements.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and ideally have 1-3 years of commercial real estate sales experience with a retail focus. Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai is required, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and a pleasant, outgoing personality.

Collect information about various types of retail properties, including shops, department stores, community malls and superstores, and arrange for photographs to be taken.

Visit sellers to discuss their properties, understand their special features and gather necessary information.

Estimate the value of properties based on market research and analysis.

Market and promote properties for sale, utilizing various channels and strategies.

Represent sellers in negotiating with prospective buyers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Bachelor's degree in any related field.

1-3 years of working experience in commercial real estate sales with a focus on retail properties would be a plus.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Thai.

Pleasant personality, outgoing nature, and a strong work ethic.

Attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
