About the position
CBRE Thailand is hiring a Manager, Retail Leasing to drive retail leasing transactions, develop client relationships, and provide strategic advisory services to landlords, developers, and occupiers in Bangkok. The role leads lease negotiations, identifies business opportunities, and delivers leasing solutions that maximize asset performance and occupancy across shopping centers, community malls, mixed-use developments, and standalone retail properties.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, plus 6-10+ years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or business development. A strong network within Thailand's retail property market, proven leasing negotiation experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Thai and English are required.
Responsibilities
Lead retail leasing assignments across various retail asset classes, including shopping centers, community malls, mixed-use developments, and standalone retail properties.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, retailers, and key industry stakeholders to generate business opportunities and expand market presence.
Advise clients on leasing strategies, tenant mix planning, market positioning, rental benchmarking, and occupancy optimization.
Lead lease negotiations and commercial discussions between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Capital Markets, Property Management, Project Management, and Advisory & Transactions, to deliver integrated real estate solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
6-10+ years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, business development, or related fields.
Strong network within Thailand's retail property market and retailer community.
Proven track record in leasing negotiations and business development.
Fluent in Thai and English.
