This Bangkok-based role (with relocation) sits in Agoda's Strategic Partnerships team and focuses on maintaining and extending Salesforce (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, ExperienceCloud) for the commercial organization. The specialist supports day-to-day Salesforce execution, designs and implements new features, improves process efficiency, and enables user adoption, owning medium-complexity problems end-to-end.
The role combines Salesforce administration, configuration, light development (Flows, Apex/JavaScript), release/change management, security and GDPR compliance, and reporting. It requires 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, strong knowledge of platform functionality, and familiarity with agile practices. Salesforce Administrator or Sales/Service Cloud certification is a plus.
Maintain existing Salesforce tooling across SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, and ExperienceCloud; champion UI/UX improvements via Lightning App Builder, page layouts, and dynamic forms
Perform system administration including user management, validation rules, Lightning Flows, record types, and mobile setup
Implement Salesforce features using Flows, standard OOTB automations, and APEX/JavaScript where needed
Support release and change management including sandbox refreshes, deployment planning, UAT coordination, and documentation
Review data security and sharing rules, ensure GDPR compliance, monitor system performance, and maintain reports and dashboards
1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, administration, and platform functionality
Experience designing and implementing new processes and improving user adoption
Understanding of relational databases, integrations, and source-to-target data mappings
Familiarity with agile development practices, tools, and frameworks; strong analytical and communication skills
Experience combining configuration with light technical implementation; exposure to APIs and service-oriented architecture; Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification
