About the position
The Warehouse Project Management Executive leads strategic and operational excellence projects for Sorting Centers. The role involves developing comprehensive project plans, managing end-to-end implementation, and tracking metrics to ensure on-time delivery. Key duties include leading automation projects, such as Auto Sorting Machines and Robotics, analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a deep understanding of operational insights to propose scalable automation solutions aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and manage end-to-end implementation.
Lead projects related to automation, such as Auto Sorting Machines, Robotics, and Automated Storage & Retrieval System.
Track project metrics, progress, and tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor potential risks, issues, and opportunities to support effective decision-making.
Analyze data and forecasts to identify bottlenecks and develop long-term optimization solutions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in PMO or technical project roles.
Experience with automation machinery or infrastructure projects; knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in English, Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage tasks with varying priorities.
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site assessments and project coordination.
