Brand Protection & Operations Project (Shopee) - Shopee

This role involves leading the Brand Report & Brand Protection team to ensure daily operations meet performance metrics and company standards. The position requires optimizing operational workflows and implementing AI tools to streamline processes. The role also serves as the main point of contact for intellectual property and regulatory matters within the Listing & Content team, collaborating with Legal and Regional Brand Partnership to handle escalations. Additionally, the position requires identifying operational gaps through data investigation, executing end-to-end projects, and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights for management.

Lead the Brand Report & Brand Protection team agents to ensure daily operations meet performance metrics and company standards

Continuously evaluate and optimize operational workflows to increase efficiency and scalability

Identify opportunities to implement AI tools and automation to streamline manual processes

Serve as the main point of contact for all intellectual property and regulatory matters in the Listing & Content team

Collaborate with Legal and Regional Brand Partnership to handle escalations and issues with legal guidelines

Identify operational gaps and root causes through data investigation and execute end-to-end projects

Perform deep-dive data investigations to uncover trends, risk patterns, and potential operational bottlenecks

Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and report findings to management

Bachelor's Degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration field would be a plus

Have background or interest in laws and regulation, brands, and intellectual property would be a plus

Be attentive to detail with analytical skills and risk-aware

Have communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders

Be a continuous learner, highly adaptable to change, and ready to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation
