About the position

This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Samsung ultrasound portfolios in Thailand, focusing on Women's Health and premium radiology. The Manager will lead academic symposiums, conduct clinical demonstrations, and provide pre-sales support for high-value tenders. Responsibilities also include designing training programs for channel partners and acting as a strategic feedback channel between the Thai clinical community and HQ R&D teams. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience in ultrasound clinical application or medical device commercial marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies for Samsung ultrasound portfolios in Thailand, focusing on Women's Health and premium radiology segments.

Formulate clinical value propositions and marketing collateral targeting specialized physicians.

Lead strategic academic symposiums, hands-on workshops, and wet-labs in partnership with medical societies and university hospitals.

Conduct peer-level clinical demonstrations, advanced imaging evaluations, and trial evaluations for hospital tenders.

Design and deliver regular training programs for distributor sales representatives and application specialists.

Supervise distributor demo unit allocations, field trial performance, and customer evaluation protocols.

Serve as the strategic feedback channel between the Thai clinical community and HQ/RHQ R&D and Product Planning teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Sonography, Biomedical Engineering, Radiotechnology, Nursing, or related Allied Health / Life Sciences field.

Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in ultrasound clinical application, product management, or specialized medical device commercial marketing.

Proven track record in Women’s Health or High-End Ultrasound segment within multinational medtech vendors or Tier-1 distributors.

In-depth clinical knowledge of ultrasound physics, system transducers, diagnostic protocols, and advanced imaging modalities.

Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated ability to influence hospital decision-makers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and clinical department chairs.

Fluent in Thai (Native) and excellent business-level proficiency in English.

Nice to have

Business/Marketing minor or MBA is an asset.
