Sourcing Specialist (Bangkok-based, Relocation Provided) - Agoda

Agoda is hiring a Tech Sourcer Specialist within its People and Organization Development department to own end-to-end sourcing strategies for senior and critical engineering roles. The role involves proactively sourcing and engaging senior-level engineering candidates, managing them through early hiring steps, discovering new talent pools and channels, and leveraging data to prioritize efforts and monitor pipeline health.

The position is Bangkok-based on a hybrid work setup, with relocation provided for applicants not yet in Thailand; no other cities or remote arrangements are available. Key qualifications include 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, a sales mindset, strong analytical skills, high autonomy, and fluency in English.

Proactively source and engage senior-level engineering candidates for critical/low-supply roles and manage candidates in early hiring steps

Set the standard for world-class outreach, candidate experience and stakeholder collaboration

Discover and quantify new talent pools and sourcing channels

Leverage data to prioritize efforts, monitor pipeline health and guide sourcing strategy

Own market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify where the best technical talent lives and how to reach it

3+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience

A sales mindset: persuasive, persistent and value-led in every touchpoint

Proven ownership of end-to-end, high impact projects

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into business decisions

Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required

Previous experience hiring for Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
