Transformation Lead - Thai Union

Thai Union Group PCL is establishing a next-generation Transformation Office to support the Tailwind program. The Transformation Lead will manage high-impact initiatives from strategy to execution across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Procurement. The role involves solving complex business problems, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring measurable outcomes like cost savings and revenue growth. The candidate will work directly with senior leadership to build internal capability and embed transformation practices into business-as-usual processes.

Manage strategic initiatives end-to-end implementation across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Procurement

Drive from problem structuring → solution design → implementation → impact delivery

Deliver measurable outcomes such as cost savings, revenue growth, and working capital improvement

Break down ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable insights

Align stakeholders across functions and geographies to maintain execution momentum

5–8 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a top-tier or leading mid-tier consulting firm

Experience leading cross-functional transformation or operational improvement projects

Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or FMCG environments is a plus

Good command of English literature
