Operations Specialist (1-year contract) (Bangkok Based)

This role involves handling data validation and processing aligned with MSE Mapping Operations standards and SLAs. The specialist will analyze and report validation results, suggesting actionable plans to improve manual and automated workflows. Responsibilities include maintaining work standards and SOPs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to standardize processes, and identifying and resolving operational issues. The position supports ad-hoc projects upon request. Candidates must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, while SQL skills are a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Handle data validation and processing aligned with standards and SLAs of MSE Mapping Operations

Analyze, report, and distribute validation results, suggesting actionable plans to improve workflows

Maintain and improve work standards and SOPs/guidelines

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve quality and standardize workflows

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues upon request

Support ad-hoc projects upon requests

Undergraduate degree from an accredited university (fresh graduates are welcome)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset

Ability to work under pressure and time-constraint environment

Ability to self-manage, multi-task, communicate effectively, and work independently

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup)
