Senior Marketing Manager - Thailand - Monster Energy APAC

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for executing brand experiences and driving the strategic marketing direction for the Monster brand portfolio. The role involves leading the development and execution of marketing programs that fuel brand awareness and consumer engagement. Key duties include integrating passion platforms such as Music and Action Sports, partnering with Sales for commercial initiatives, and managing sampling programs. The position requires full accountability for the annual business plan and reporting.

Own and execute every brand experience across the territory

Lead the development, planning, execution, and post-event analysis of impactful marketing programs

Partner closely with Sales to embed marketing into key commercial initiatives

Own the sampling program by guiding sampling teams and managing event-based product sampling operations

Identify and execute relevant promotional opportunities to increase brand presence

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or similar field

More than 5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing

More than 5 years of experience leading the execution of events, activations, and ambassadors

Advance user of Microsoft Office

Solid understanding of product Profit and Loss (P&L)
