Shopee and Monee are recruiting for their 2-year Graduate Development Program (GDP) 2027 in Thailand, based in Bangkok. The program consists of four 6-month rotations across functions such as Business Development, Business Intelligence, Financial Products, Marketing, Operations, and Product Management. Participants gain mentorship from senior leaders, cross-functional exposure, a training curriculum, and involvement in high-impact projects within Shopee's e-commerce and Monee's digital financial services businesses.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline with no more than 2 years of full-time working experience as of 1 September 2026. Candidates should be fast learners, self-starters, effective communicators, and leaders who can drive change in a dynamic environment. The selection process runs from September to December 2026.
Complete four 6-month rotations across functions including Business Development, Business Intelligence, Financial Products, Marketing, Operations, and Product Management
Network with senior leaders and receive mentorship from functional managers throughout rotations
Contribute to high-visibility projects across Shopee and Monee business units
Participate in on-the-job learning and structured training opportunities
Engage with the graduate community and peers across teams
