The Regional Manager (SPX) - Operations leads logistics operations across regional hubs in Bangkok, Greater Bangkok, and Thailand’s North, South, and Northeast regions. The role oversees sorting throughput, frontline performance, labor planning, SOP improvement, and coordination with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, HSE, and other stakeholders.
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field. At least two years of express, logistics, or warehouse operations experience is required, including two years in a leadership role in a sorting center, fulfillment warehouse, or high-volume distribution hub. Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and cross-functional skills are expected, along with flexibility for shifts and weekends.
• Oversee daily sorting flows and team performance to meet throughput and volume-completion KPIs
• Modernize SOPs and resolve bottlenecks in manual sorting systems
• Lead labor planning and mentor Area Managers and frontline teams during peak surges
• Identify operational problems and propose solutions for management reporting
• Coordinate with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, HSE, and other stakeholders on logistics transitions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years in express, logistics, or warehouse operations
• At least 2 years in a leadership role at a sorting center, fulfillment warehouse, or high-volume distribution hub
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, in a fast-paced 24/7 operation
Strong business sense, initiative, results orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
