Seller Experience (SPX Express) - Operations - Shopee

This role involves managing onsite agent processes and execution, including headcount planning, seller pitching, productivity optimization, cost management, and budgeting. The position also requires planning truck capacity based on forecasted order volume, analyzing post-campaign performance, and overseeing the end-to-end seller migration process. The candidate will track performance metrics to ensure alignment with OKRs and design initiatives to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.

Manage onsite agent processes and execution, including headcount planning, seller pitching, productivity optimization, cost management, and budgeting.

Plan truck capacity based on forecasted order volume, analyze post-campaign performance to identify capacity gaps and operational risks, and coordinate with stakeholders on truck deployment and optimization.

Oversee the end-to-end seller migration process, including planning, execution, and volume impact across all logistics miles.

Track and analyze Seller Experience performance metrics to ensure alignment with OKRs and identify areas for improvement.

Design and execute initiatives to enhance the seller experience and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

2+ years of experience in Business Development, operations, or project management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in performance tracking and process improvement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus.
