Tenant Relation Team Leader 1

The Tenant Relation Team Leader 1 manages overall tenant relations to advance retail revenue, profitability, and sustainability. Key duties include acting as the daily point of contact between tenants and the team, providing operational advice on shop concepts and merchandise, and analyzing tenant satisfaction surveys to improve services. The role also involves advising tenant relation officers on performance and promotion preparation.

Control liaison between tenants and tenant relation team to assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management

Build and maintain closer relationship between tenants and tenant relation team to ensure effective relation and support business goals

Provide important information to the tenants on all operational matters to align with standards of products and services

Provide advice to tenants on relevant topics such as shop concept, image, merchandise, selling strategies and services

Control analysis of tenant satisfaction surveys to improve operations and identify ways to support tenants appropriately

Take care and advise tenant relation officers to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management

Have great understanding in business administration and property management

Have strong communication skills

Have good human relations

Have good computer skills
