Senior Facility Management (Shopee) - Operations - Bangkok

This role involves overseeing daily facility operations, including office readiness, maintenance, safety, security, cleaning, and vendor performance. The position requires identifying recurring issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing strategic solutions. The candidate will lead facility projects, process improvements, emergency preparedness, and incident response. Additionally, the role entails leading and guiding the Facility team and vendors, making independent decisions, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Oversee daily facility operations, office readiness, maintenance, safety, security, cleaning, and vendor performance.

Identify recurring issues, analyze root causes, and implement strategic and sustainable solutions.

Develop creative campaigns and initiatives that improve employee awareness, engagement, safety, and workplace experience.

Lead facility projects, process improvements, emergency preparedness, drills, and incident response.

Act as a key contact during facility emergencies and support critical incidents according to agreed emergency arrangements.

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in Facility Management, Workplace Experience, Property Management, or Operations.

Experience managing facilities, vendors, safety, emergency situations, and improvement projects.

Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
