Associate, Premium Business - Mobility

The Mobility team is a core business unit responsible for managing and optimizing transport services across the country. This role focuses on growing Grab's premium and new transport business markets, including services like GrabCar Premium and GrabDriveYourCar. You will lead strategic initiatives and guide special projects from planning through to successful execution. The position requires a strategic thinker with a growth mindset to drive business performance and operational success.

You will take high ownership of your workstreams, using critical thinking and data-driven analysis to navigate challenges and optimize performance. The role involves leading both strategy and operations, requiring the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a team of intelligent professionals to deliver daily best transportation services and create earning opportunities for drivers.

• Lead and scale Grab's premium and new transport business markets, driving both strategic and operational success
• Guide multiple special projects from end-to-end planning through to successful execution
• Take high ownership of workstreams, using rationale and critical thinking to navigate unexpected challenges
• Optimize performance through creative, data-driven, and quantitative analysis

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar field
• 2–4 years of working experience focused on project management and business strategy
• Strong quantitative, creative, and data analysis skills with a passion for problem-solving
• Ability to work independently with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment
• Very good English proficiency
