Senior Business Analyst

You will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of KBank through the KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG). Your primary focus will be on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust financial technology solutions. You will lead the analysis of complex banking processes, ensuring that system designs align perfectly with strategic business goals. This position requires a deep understanding of the financial landscape to provide innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of business analysis, from initial conceptualization and feasibility studies to detailed design and implementation planning. You will work closely with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure that requirements are accurately captured and implemented. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying gaps, recommending effective solutions, and managing the project scope to ensure successful delivery within the KBTG ecosystem.

• Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization, including feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, and fit/gap analysis.
• Develop comprehensive plans and approaches for the requirement analysis and design phases.
• Understand, analyze, prioritize, and confirm end-to-end business requirements and processes.
• Provide strategic options and recommend end-to-end business solutions or workarounds.
• Design and validate functional specifications, including application flows, business logic, user interfaces, reports, and data files.
• Perform impact analysis and consolidate implementation efforts to develop detailed implementation plans.
• Manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Proven experience specifically in Core Banking or Lending domains.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business and system architectures.
